How do I get a customer ID number?

You will be asked for proof of education (i.e. a recognised certificate). If the certificate is not recognised or does not fully qualify your skill, you may be asked to complete a Conversion Course prior to obtaining some of our products.

Refund Policy In Respect Of Courses

Courses for which we have already sent you a Booking Confirmation may not be cancelled without you forfeiting the deposit you will have already paid. The booking deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable (except with our written consent). Additionally, we reserve the right to charge you for the balance of the course fees if we cannot fill your place with another student unless you have given us a minimum of 7 days' notice of your cancellation prior to the first day of the course.

Refund Policy In Respect Of Products

Products are not offered on a sale or return basis. However, products that have been ordered in error will normally be accepted for return within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided they arrive back to us in perfect, re-saleable condition. Please note that their is also a 15 % handeling charge on all exchanges. Also, products which are damaged in transit may be returned provided you notify us of the damage within 3 working days of delivery. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
